At Uwila Warrior, we skip traditional bra components in our bras. We don’t use underwire, molded cups, or painful hook-and-eye closures. Instead we use soft materials that are more comfortable, but still provide the support needed for larger cup sizes and plus size bodies.

 During our initial development of each product, we fit the style on a US size 18 model, as well as our size 4 model, to ensure that the fit for our plus size customer is just as comfortable as it is for others. Here are a few wireless options that come out of this process:

A Ribbed Tank: The Braless tank is made of an ultra-lightweight ribbed cotton blend. It has no underwire, no itchy tags, and no uncomfortable underband. How to Find the Right Size

With our Fit Guide you can ensure your plus-size bra fits. To get the correct band size, wrap a soft tape measure around your torso directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the ground and snug. For your bust, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Finally, to calculate your bra size, subtract your band size from your bust size. Based on the result, you can get your cup size. (For example: <1 inch is AA. 1 inch is A. 2 inches is B. 3 inches is C. 4 inches is D. 5 inches is DD/E.)

You can compare your band and cup measurement to our handy sizing chart. If you have a large band size, size up. The Braless ribbed tank also tends to run small, so size up there, while the camisoles are true to size. If you have a larger cup size, you also might consider sizing up in the camisole as well. The adjustable straps make it super easy to adjust the fit around the arms if you do size up.

Wearing a Wireless Bra When You Have Big Boobs

When shopping for a plus size wireless bra, it’s important to be conscious of your expectations. “The Braless style is not going to provide the same amount of lift or support that a traditional wired bra will provide,” Samantha notes.
